| Requirements include:
Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience in Human Resources and/or Operations & Training
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership & decision-making skills
Individual must demonstrate a high level of initiative and have the ability to work independently
Teamwork and collaboration
Ability to leverage resources
Flexible, works well under pressure in an environment with constant change
Efficient, able to maximize time
Bachelor's degree preferred
This position requires working on the telephone at least 80% of the time
Availability of the selected candidate must be flexible, as the department's hours of operation are from 7:30am to 6:00pm. The expectation is to work according to the needs of the business between these hours.
This position requires 'on call' availability on a rotational basis (approximately every 2 months), during non-business operating hours in order to provide a rapid response to emergency situations. |
